Well its rightly been said "Too much of everything is very bad". Today, we are constantly striving to lead healthier, happier lives. But at times we sometimes run the risk of going too far. As a matter of fact, extreme of anything is unhealthy. We should be aware of the "pros and cons" of healthy habits. Here are some examples of healthy habits that can backfire when done in excess:
